October 10th , at el mirage dry lake

Something new we’re pretty damn excited about, we’re teaming up with SCTA to bring a little side by side drag racing back to the lake for the first time in 70+ years. Rules will be basically be the same as RPM Nationals at the ranch, 1936 and older cars powered by flatheads and bangers, representing a mid 50’s or older build style. Races will be heads up, flag drop, 1/8 mile drags on a hard pack section of the lakebed. Dirt drags will get started after regular SCTA lane speed trials are done for the day (around 2pm) and go till dusk.
