The weekend of July 11/12 at el mirage dry lake

Something new we’re pretty damn excited about, we’re teaming up with SCTA to bring a little side by side drag racing back to the lake for the first time in 70+ years. Rules will be basically be the same as RPM Nationals at the ranch, 1936 and older cars powered by flatheads and bangers, representing a mid 50’s or older build style. Races will be heads up, flag drop, 1/8 mile drags on a hard pack section of the lakebed.

We are still going over some details but the plan is for Saturday July 11 to be tech inspection in the afternoon and racing to be on Sunday ( if you can’t make inspection on Saturday we will have a time to get you through Sunday morning)
